A 2-day conference presented by the Restaurant Association of New Zealand and Eat New Zealand to talk about issues in food, hospitality, and business at this time.

Perhaps because we’re a small country with influence that extends beyond our borders (and maybe it’s just us), but when we speak up collectively there seems like an extra leg to stand on or something special happens. At least more often than not! So let’s bring together some local speakers who can enlighten everyone as well as those from abroad; they have stories and ideas for you all which will encourage creative problem solving tactics along with moving outside your comfort zone–beyond your walls!

The event, hosted by the Restaurant Association of New Zealand and Eat New Zealand*, will bring together movers & shakers to share knowledge about food. Participants include hundreds of small business owners/operators, chefs, restaurateurs, suppliers and media who are looking forward to learning more about this amazing opportunity for them in an exciting atmosphere.
