The Female of the Species is a modern farcical comedy based on true events. When Margot Mason, an eccentric celebrity who takes herself way too seriously, holds hostage at gunpoint in her own home by one of her crazed fans for over 8 hours; chaos ensues as it does any time you put multiple people with different agendas together!

This summer, come to a theatre production in the countryside home of Margot. Guests will have access to food and drink while watching an original play written by her.

The night culminates with actors from DRAMASOC delivering their own take on Margot’s life as well as feminist ideals through performance art pieces at one of the nights hosted at her house this summer!
